The Glory of God
in Amos
My Special Treasure
www.truthofhim.com.
The words of Amos, who was among the herdmen of Tekoa, what he saw concerning Israel in the days of Uzziah king of Judah, and in the days of Jeroboam the son of Joash king of Israel, two years before the earthquake.
3
He said, The Lord will roar from Zion and the shepherds will mourn, and the top of Carmel will wither.
The Lord says, For three transgressions and for four,
I will not turn away its punishment
because they have threshed My people
with instruments of iron.
I will send a fire that will devour your palaces,
and your people will be taken captive.
I will cut off him that holds the scepter
and turn My hand against them,
and their remnant will perish.
4
Because he pursued his brother with the sword,
stopped all mercy, and kept his wrath forever:
I will send a fire to devour the palaces
of those that ripped up the women with child
to enlarge their border.
They will die with tumult, with shouting,
and with the sound of the trumpet:
I will cut off the judges and will kill all the princes
with him, says the Lord.
For three transgressions of Judah, and for four,
I will not turn away its punishment because
5
they have despised the law of the Lord, and have not kept His commandments, and their lies caused them to err causing much evil, suffering, grief, loss and pain.
I will send a fire to devour its palaces.
For three transgressions of Israel, and for four, I will not turn away its punishment because
they sold the righteous for silver,
and the poor for a pair of shoes.
A man and his father go in to the same maid,
to profane My holy name.
6
They lay down on clothes taken by cheating
and drink the wine of those falsely condemned
in the house of their idol.
Yet I destroyed the Amorite before them,
who were as tall as the cedars and strong as the oaks.
I brought you up from the land of Egypt
and led you 40 years through the wilderness.
I am pressed down heavily under your load of sin
as a cart is pressed that is full of sheaves.
You were My special treasure of all the people on earth.
7
There are only two paths to follow.
You either follow your Maker,
the Maker of heaven and earth
who loves you so much that He gave
His infinitely holy and precious Son
to buy you back to Himself from all sin and evil.
Or you are following the enemy of
the Sovereign Creator of the universe.
He that is not for Me is against Me.
Mark 9:40
I will punish you for all your iniquities.
8
Can two walk together unless they agree?
Therefore ,an enemy will surround the land
and bring down your strength
and plunder your palaces.
I also have given you lack of food in all your places
but you have not returned to me, says the Lord.
Prepare to meet your God.
For He that formed the mountains,
and creates the wind,
and declares to man what is His thought,
9
that makes the morning darkness,
and treads on the high places of the earth,
is calling you back to Him saying,
Seek Me and you will live.
Seek Him that makes the seven stars and Orion,
who calls up the waters of the sea,
and pours them out on the face of the earth:
The Lord is His name.
You afflict the just, take bribes.
Therefore, the prudent keep silence for it is an evil time. Seek good, and not evil, that you may live.
10
Then the Lord, the God
of all the armies of angels in heaven,
will be with you.
Hate evil, and love good.
Establish justice:
it may be that the Lord God of hosts
will be gracious to you.
Take away from Me the noise of your songs
for I will not hear their melodies.
But let justice flow as waters,
and righteousness as a mighty river.
King Amaziah sent Amos away, saying,
don’t speak of these things here in my capital city.
11
Amos said to Amaziah, I wasn’t a prophet.
I was a herdsman,
and a gatherer of sycomore fruit (a type of figs),
when the Lord sent me to warn you.
Go, prophesy to My people Israel.
Now your wife will be a harlot in the city,
and your sons and daughters will fall by the sword.
This nation will go into captivity.
I will send a famine in the land,
not a famine of bread, nor a thirst for water,
but of hearing the words of the Lord.
12
Then, when you return to Me,
I will raise up the ruins
and rebuild it as in the days of old
and you will possess it.
Days are coming when the plowman
will overtake the reaper,
and the treader of grapes him that sows seed;
and the mountains will drop sweet wine.
I will bring back My people.
They will rebuild the cities, and dwell in them;
and they will plant vineyards and drink their wine,
make gardens and eat their fruit.
13
And I will plant them on their land,
and they always remain there, says the Lord your God.
Exodus 34:6,7
We have high priest who is holy, harmless, undefiled, separate from sinners, and made higher than the heavens.
Hebrews 7:26, 27
Who, ‘by one offering perfected forever’ those that believe in Him. Hebrews 10:14
Who says to all, Come to Me all you that
labor and are heavy loaded and I will give you rest. Matthew 11:28
I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again
and receive you to Myself,
that where I am, there you will be also.
(The throne of the universe).
John 14:3
For I love you with an everlasting love.

Everlasting Love
The Glory of God
in Obadiah and Jonah
The vision of Obadiah
www.truthofhim.com.
God, who at various times and in different ways
spoke in time past to the fathers by the prophets,
has in these last days spoken to us by His Son,
whom He has appointed heir of all things,
by whom also He made the worlds;
Who being the brightness of His glory,
and the expressed image of His person,
and upholding all things by the word of His power,
when He had, by Himself, cleansed our sins,
sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high.
Hebrews 1:1-3
3
Obadiah’s name means servant of Jehovah (God’s name for His intense, eternal self-existence). Through him, God sent warning, ‘not willing that any perish’ but that all turn to Him and be saved. 2 Peter 3:9
'What if God, willing to show His wrath, and to make His power known, endured with much long suffering the vessels of wrath fitted to destruction:
That He might make known the riches
4
of His glory on the vessels of mercy,
which He had prepared before for glory,
'He that didn’t spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how will He not with Him also freely give us all things?'
Romans 8:32
He that overcomes will inherit all things
and I will be his Father and he will be My Son. Revelation 21:7
They could have had it all, but had to be the first.
5
The Lord God says concerning Edom;
(the country of Esau, Jacob’s twin brother
who had no heart for God,
and sold his birthright for a bowl of beans).
We have heard a rumor from the Lord,
and an ambassador is sent among the nations,
Get up, against her in battle.
(They chose false gods and war was in the gates.
Judges 3:8) Edom’s false god is self, the nature of all fallen mankind)
6
Behold, I have made you small among the nations
and greatly despised.
The pride of your heart has deceived you,
you that dwell in the clefts of the rock,
whose dwelling is high, that says in his heart,
Who can bring me down from here?
Though you exalt yourself as the eagle,
and set your nest among the stars,
I bring you down from there, says the Lord.
If thieves came by night,
if the grape gatherers came to you,
would they not leave some grapes?
7
But you will be stripped bare,
even your hidden treasures taken by your allies.
Your wise men will be taken and your mighty warriors
will be cut off by slaughter.
For your violence against your brother Jacob
you will be shamed and cut off forever.
You shouldn’t have watched and rejoiced
the day your brother was taken captive
and then plundered their possessions,
and blocked the crossroads from those trying to escape.
8
For the day of the Lord is near upon all the nations:
what you have done will be done to you.
As you have drunk on My holy mountain,
so will all the nations drink and swallow down,
and be as though they’d never existed.
But on mount Zion will be deliverance,
and holiness;
and My people possess their possessions.
Jacob will be a fire,
and the house of Esau stubble,
devoured until none remain:
for the Lord has spoken it.
9
Saviors will come up on mount Zion
to judge the mount of Esau;
and the kingdom will be the Lord's.
He that is not with Me is against Me;
and he that doesn’t gather with Me
scatters everywhere. Matthew 12:30
Book ofJonah
When the Lord sent Jonah to Nineveh
to warn the people
that He was about to destroy them for their evil,
10
Jonah got up and ran the other way,
from the Presence of the Lord,
because the Ninevites were Israel’s hated enemies.
But the Lord sent a great wind into the sea.
The seasoned sailors were terrified
and prayed to their gods,
but Jonah was inside, asleep.
The crew cast lots to see whose fault this was.
The lot fell on Jonah.
Who are you? They asked.
He said, ‘I am a Hebrew;
and I fear the God of heaven,
who made the sea and land.
11
They asked what can we do?
Jonah said,
Throw me into the sea and it will be calm.
The men rowed hard, but the storm raged.
They prayed, Lord, don’t let us perish for this man's life: for you have done what pleased You.
Then they threw Jonah into the sea, and it stopped raging.
The Lord had prepared a great fish to swallow Jonah. And Jonah was in the belly of the fish 3 days and nights.
12
Then Jonah prayed: ‘all Your waves rolled over me. The weeds wrapped around my head. I went to the bottoms of the mountains. I will pay what I vowed. Jonah had promised to do God’s will.
The Lord spoke to the fish,
and it vomited Jonah onto the beach.
Jonah went and called out as he walked through Nineveh, ‘In 40 days Nineveh will be destroyed.’ The king put on sackcloth, and sat in ashes, saying, ‘
Everyone turn from your evil
13
and your violence.’
God saw that they turned from their evil,
and He stopped His plan to destroy them.
That enraged Jonah.
He said, That’s why I ran.
I knew You are gracious and turn from doing harm. The Lord asked, Is it right for you to be angry? Jonah left and made a booth for shade,
to watch what happened to the city.
The Lord made a plant grow over Jonah’s head.
He was very happy about the plant.
14
But in the morning God prepared a worm
and it struck the plant so that it withered.
The sun beat on Jonah’s head.
He was faint and wished to die.
God asked, Is it right for you to be angry about the plant? You pitied the plant that you didn’t grow.
Shouldn’t I spare Nineveh, that great city,
where there are more than 120,000 that can’t tell their right hand from their left (little children).
15
God shows His great love for us
in that while we were still His enemies,
Christ died for us.’ Romans 5:7, 8
Christ died for us
The Glory of God
in Micah
Always with Him
www.truthofhim.com.
The word of the Lord (a word so powerful He spoke creation into being, Psalm 33:6-9) that came to Micah 750 to 686 b.c.
Hear, O earth, and all that is in it: and let the Lord God be witness against you, (how terrifying to be called to court and the Lord is the witness against you), from His holy temple. He’s coming from His place. The mountains will melt before Him as in a fire for transgression and sin.
3
I will wail and howl, I will go stripped and naked: For her wound is incurable. ‘I am broken with their whorish heart.’ Ezekiel 6:9
Yet I will bring an heir to you. He will come, the Glory of Israel.
Cries of grief to those that plan iniquity on their beds! When the morning is light, they do it:
they covet fields and houses and take families violently from the heritage God gave them. So, I’m devising an evil, from which you can’t escape.
4
Do not My words do good to him that walks uprightly? My words are life to all who find them and health to all their flesh. Proverbs 4:20-22
The words I speak to you, they are Spirit
and they are life. John 6:63
The breaker is come up before them: and their king will pass before them, and the Lord at the head of them.
Hear, I pray you, O princes,
5
Is it not for you to know judgment? They will cry to the Lord, but He will not hear them
for they are doing evil.
The prophets make My people err, saying,
Peace, it will be well, when they are pursuing everything
but God who made them.
Genesis 1:26
The seers (ones who see visions) will be ashamed.
Micah 3:7
But truly, I am full of power
by the Spirit of the Lord,
6
and of judgment, and of might, to declare transgression.
Please hear this, you that build the nation by violence, taking bribes, charging for teaching, and still say,
The Lord is with us, no evil can happen to us.
Because of you this nation will be plowed as a field,
and the temple mount as the high places of the forest.
But in the last days the mountain of the house of the Lord will be set in the top of the mountains,
7
exalted above the hills;
and people will flow unto it.
Many nations will come, saying,
The Lord will teach us His ways,
and we will walk in His paths.
He will judge rightly and rebuke strong nations.
They will beat their swords into plowshares,
and their spears into pruninghooks.
Man won’t learn war anymore.
But every man will sit under his vine
and his fig tree and none will make them afraid.
I assemble her that limps
8
and make her into a strong nation.
I will gather those cast out,
and the Lord will reign over them in mount Zion
from now forever.
Nations that gather against you to plunder you
will be as kindling for their own destruction,
and I will consecrate their gain to the Lord,
and their substance to the Lord of the whole earth.
You Bethlehem, though little among the thousands of Judah, yet out of you
9
will come to Me
He that will rule, who is from the eternal ages.
He will stand and feed in the strength of the Lord,
in the majesty of the name of the Lord His God;
(giving the Bread of heaven into the hearts of the people)
and they will remain
for He will be great to the ends of the earth.
and this Man will be the peace.
And all your enemies and all evildoers will be cut off.
You will no longer worship
(the word worship means to kiss the face)
the work of your hands.
10
The Lord has a lawsuit with His people.
I brought you up out slavery in Egypt.
I turned all Balak’s curses on you to blessings.
I only require that you do right and love mercy
and walk humbly with your God.
Should I call pure those that cheat, steal, lie,
and force their own way by violence.
I make you desolate because of your sins.
My soul desired the first ripe fruit,
but every wicked thing is done.
A man's enemies are the men of his own house.
11
I will look to the Lord.
I will wait for the Lord. My God will hear me. When I sit in darkness, the Lord will be a light to me. I will bear His indignation
because I have sinned against Him.
He will bring me out to the light,
and I will behold His righteousness.
Like the days of your coming out of Egypt
I will show marvellous things.
Who is a God like You that pardons iniquity
12
because He delights in mercy.
He will have compassion on us;
He will subdue our iniquities
and cast all our sins into the depths of the sea.
Micah 1-7
He that formed the mountains, and creates the wind,
and declares His thoughts to man,
that makes the morning darkness,
and treads upon the high places of the earth.
Amos 4:13
He that made of one blood all nations
13

John 14:3
The Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, and the dead in Christ will rise first, then we will be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air and will ever be with the Lord.

I sing to My well-beloved a song of His vineyard.
My well beloved has a vineyard in a very fruitful hill(earth).
And He fenced it, removed stones, and planted it with the best vine,
and built a tower in its center, and a winepress.
He watched for fruit (love back to Him for creating us from His love and giving us ‘all good things freely to enjoy’)
but it grew only wild grapes. Isaiah 5

All have sinned and come short of the glory of God. Romans 3 ;23
The Lord avenges and is furious with His enemies
(who lead His people away from Him).
The Lord is slow to anger, and great in power,

and will not at all acquit(evil).
4
He bore our sins in His own body on the cross.
1 Peter 2:24
The Lord has His way in the whirlwind and in the storm,
and the clouds are the dust of His feet.
He rebukes the sea and dries up all the rivers.
The mountains quake at Him, and the hills melt,
and the earth is burned at His presence,
the world and all that dwell there.
Who can stand before his indignation?
Yet the Lord is good, a strong hold
5
in the day of trouble; and He knows those that trust in Him.
But with an overrunning flood He will remove evil
and darkness will pursue His enemies.
Though I have afflicted you for your evil,
I will break its yoke off you.
I will cut off the carved images. I will make your grave;
for you are vile.
Behold on the mountains the feet of him that brings good tidings,
speaking peace!
6
Restore your worship for the wicked will no more pass through you;
he is utterly cut off.
The mighty warriors are cut off:
chariots will rage in the streets.
They will run like the lightning.
The gates of the rivers will be opened,
and the palace will be dissolved.
Captives will flee, not looking back.
To the lions that tore in pieces,
I am against you, says the Lord,
for upon whom has not your wickedness passed continually?
7
The Book of Habakkuk
The burden which Habakkuk (his name means embrace)
the prophet saw.
O Lord, how long will I call to you about all this violence,
and You won’t hear or save!
Iniquity, strife, plunder, and violence are before me:
the law is ignored, and there is no justice:
the wicked surround the righteous.
The Lord says, Watch, and wonder marvelously:
8
for I will work a work in your days
which you won’t believe.
I will raise up the Chaldeans, that bitter and hasty nation,
who will march across the whole land
to possess the dwelling places that are not theirs.
They are terrifying, with
horses swifter than the leopards
and fiercer than the evening wolves,
that will fly at you as starving eagles.
They come because they love violence:
and they will gather captives as the sand.
9
Are You not from everlasting, O Lord my God,
my Holy One?
We will not die.
You ordained them for judgment,
O mighty God. You established them for correction.
Those the Lord loves, He chastens a
s a son he has delight in, for our profit,
that we might be partakers of His holiness.
Hebrews 12:6,10
The Lord sets one evil against another,
For Your eyes are too pure to look upon evil.
10
Write the vision and make it plain that he may run that reads it.
For the vision is still for a set time;
though it delays, wait for it because it will surely come.
The soul that is proud is not upright:
but the just will live by his faith.
Cries of grief to him that takes what isn’t his.
What is his will be taken.
You have plundered many nations
and spilled much blood to set your nest on high.
Thinking it protects you from evil!
11
But you have shamed yourself
and sinned against your own soul.
For the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord,
as the waters cover the sea.
What profit is an idol though covered with gold?
There is no breath in it.
But the Lord is in His holy temple:
let all the earth keep silence before Him.
Lord, revive Your work in the midst of years,
in the midst of the years make known.
12
in wrath remember mercy.
God, the Holy One came from the mountains.
His glory covered the heavens,
and the earth was full of His praise.
Bright as the light. There is no hiding His power.
He measured the earth.
The everlasting mountains were scattered.
His ways are everlasting.
You went to save Your people.
You walked through the sea with Your horses,
through the heap of great waters.
13
Though the fig tree doesn’t blossom
and there’s no fruit on the vines
and no food or flocks in the field,
I will rejoice in the Lord, my salvation.
The Lord God is my strength
and will make me to walk on my high places.
Habakkuk 3:2-19
The Lord is the true God,
He is the living God, and an everlasting king:
at His wrath the earth will tremble,
and the nations will not be able to abide His indignation.
Jeremiah 10:10
14
Ah Lord God! You made heaven and earth
by Your great power. Nothing is too hard for you.
You love countless thousands.
Great in counsel, and mighty in work,
You see all the ways of men:
to give each one the fruit of his doings.
Jeremiah 32:17-19
Who loves the world so much
that He gave His only Son,
that whoever believes in Him will not perish
but has everlasting life.

I created mankind for My glory.
Isaiah 43:7

The word of the Lord which came to Zephaniah
in the days of Josiah king of Judah.
‘Man doesn’t live by bread alone,
but by every word from the mouth of God.’ Matthew 4:4
‘My words are life to all who find them
and health to all their flesh.’ Proverbs 4:20-22
I will utterly consume all things from off the land, says the Lord, man and animal, the birds of the heaven and the fish of the sea,
and the stumbling blocks with the wicked. (idols)
3
I will cut off all that seek idols
and worship the host of heaven on the housetops
(because they lead people to eternal death)
that are turned back from the Lord
and don’t seek Him.
Hold your peace at the presence of the Lord God:
for the day of the Lord is at hand:
I punish all those that leap on the threshold,
that fill their masters houses with violence and deceit.
In that day there will be loud cries from the fish gate
and a great crashing from the hills.
4
I will search Jerusalem, and punish the men that are settled, saying in their heart, The Lord won’t do
good or evil.
Their goods will become plunder
and their houses a desolation.
They will build houses but not dwell in them.
They will plant vineyards but not drink the wine.
The great day of the Lord is near.
It speeds toward you: a day of clouds and thick darkness
and trumpets sounding the alarm
5
against the fenced cities, and against the high towers.
Men will wander like blind men,
because they have sinned against the Lord
and their blood will be poured out as dust.
Their silver and gold won’t be able to deliver them
in the day of the Lord's wrath;
the whole land will be devoured by the fire of His jealousy.
For whom the Lord loves He chastens, Hebrews 12:6
That we not be condemned with the world.
1 Corinthians 11:32
6
Seek the Lord, all you humble of the earth,
who do His judgment; seek righteousness,
seek humility so you will be hidden
in the day of the Lord's anger.
My people will possess the land of the proud,
those that hated them,
for they magnified themselves against the people of the Lord of hosts.
The Lord is awesome.
He will starve all the gods of the earth and remove them;
and men will worship Him, all the isles of the nations.
7
The rejoicing city that dwelt carelessly,
that said in her heart, I am, and there is none beside me:
She has become a desolation, a place for beasts to lie down!
Cries of grief to her that is filthy and polluted,
to the oppressing city!
She obeyed not The Voice;
she refused correction;
she didn’t trust in the Lord; she didn’t draw near to God.
Her princes are roaring lions;
her judges are evening wolves;
Her prophets are light and treacherous persons:
8
her priests have polluted the sanctuary;
they have done violence to the law.
The just Lord is in their midst;
He will not do iniquity:
every morning He brings His justice to light;
He doesn’t fail.
I punished them:
but they rose early and corrupted all their doings.
I will assemble the kingdoms;
All the earth will be devoured with the fire of my jealousy.
(He made it all from His love for them
and it all went to evil.)
9
Then I will turn to the people a pure language,
to call on the name of the Lord,
to serve him with one consent.
I will take away all that rejoice in your pride
because of my holy mountain.
(Like worshipping beautiful cathedrals
instead of God Himself).
I will leave in the midst of you an afflicted and poor people,
and they will trust in the name of the Lord.
For God has chosen the poor of this world, rich in faith
10
to inherit the kingdom that He has promised
to those that love Him. James 2:5
They won’t do iniquity or speak lies;
they will eat, and lie down, and no one will make them afraid.
Sing, shout and be glad and rejoice with all your heart for the Lord has taken you’re your judgments;
He has cast out your enemy: the King, the Lord,
is in the midst of you: you won’t see evil anymore.
11
The Lord your God in the midst of you is mighty;
He will save,
He will rejoice over you with joy;
He will rest in His love;
He will joy over you with singing.
(Imagine that voice singing to you
that made the birds sing
and all the voices of man and angels.)
I will gather those that are grieving.
I will undo all that afflict you
and I will save her that limps,
gather her that was driven out;
and I will get praise and fame for them
12
in every land where they have been put to shame.
At that time I will gather you:
for I will make you a name and a praise
among all people of the earth
when I turn back your captivity before your eyes, says the Lord.
Blessed is the man that doesn’t walk in the counsel of the ungodly,
or stand in the way of sinners,
or sit in the seat of the scornful.
But his delight is in the law of the Lord;
and in His law he meditates day and night.
13
He will be like a tree planted by the rivers of water,
that brings forth his fruit in its season;
his leaf will not wither; and whatever he does will prosper.
But the ungodly are like the chaff which the wind drives away. The Lord knows the way of the righteous:
but the way of the ungodly will perish. Psalm 1:1-6
Sing praises to our God; for praise is beautiful.
The Lord builds up, He gathers the outcasts,
14
The Lord heals the broken in heart,
He numbers the stars; He calls them all by their names.
Great is our Lord and of great power.
His understanding is infinite.
Holy, harmless, undefiled, separate from sinners,
higher than the heavens
who’s love took all sin and evil from His universe:
His holy blood making us ‘holy as he is holy’
Who says, Come to Me.
I will never leave you or forsake you.

Holy as He is Holy
The Glory of God
in Haggai
Consider your ways
In the second year of Darius the king, the Lord sent word by Haggai toZerubbabel, the governor of Judah, and to Joshua the son of Josedech, the high priest, saying, This people say,
It’s not time yet to build the Lord’s house.
But you live in your houses
and this house lies ruined?
Consider your ways.
You plant much seed, but it brings in little;
you eat, but don’t have enough;
3
you drink but aren’t filled.
You wear clothes but no one is warm;
and those that earn wages
seem to put them in a bag with holes.
Consider your ways.
Go up to the mountain, bring wood, and build the house;
and I will take pleasure in it,
and I will be glorified, says the Lord.
You expected much but it came to little.
Why? Because of My house that is ruined,
and you all run to your own house.
4
So, the heaven over you is held back from rain,
and the earth stopped bearing her fruit.
I called for a drought on the land and the mountains,
on the grain and new wine, and the oil,
on men, on cattle, and on all the work of your hands.
Then the leaders and the people obeyed the voice
of the Lord their God, and feared the Lord.
And He sent word, I am with you, says the Lord.
5
He stirred up their spirits and they came
and worked on the house of the Lord of hosts, their God.
(These hosts are the countless armies of majestic angels in heaven.)
‘Those who honor Me, I will honor.’
1 Samuel 2:20
When the foundation of the new temple was finished the Lord asked, How many of you remember the first temple in its glory?
6
Doesn’t this one seem like nothing to you?
But be strong, all of you, says the Lord, and work:
for I am with you.
As I was with you when you came out of Egypt,
I am with you now.
Don’t be afraid.
For soon I will shake the heavens, and the earth,
the sea, and the dry land:
I will shake all nations,
and the desire of all nations will come.
7
I watched until earth’s thrones were cast down,
and the Ancient of days sat,
whose garment was white as snow,
and the hair of his head like the pure wool:
His throne was like the fiery flame.
Countless thousands ministered and stood before Him:
the judgment was set, and the books were opened.
I watched while the beast was given to the burning flame.
8
Then I saw one like the Son of man come
with the clouds of heaven and stood before Him.
He was given dominion and a kingdom such that all people, nations, and languages were to serve Him
in His kingdom that will never be destroyed.
Daniel 7:9-14
So, though this house may seem smaller to some of you,
I will fill this house with glory, says the Lord of hosts.
9
The silver is mine. The gold is Mine,
(Solomon’s temple had the walls lined with gold.)
But the Lord said the glory of this latter house
will be greater than of the former
because it will be filled with the true treasure of the universe,
the Source of all.
And in this place I will give peace.
Some weeks later, the Lord of host said,
If a priest carries holy meat in his garment
10
and the garment touches anything does that make it holy?
The priests answered, No.
So is this people, this nation before me,
and every work of their hands is unclean.
From this day and upward, from before a stone was laid in the temple of the Lord, everything you did wasn’t blessed
because you didn’t return to Me.
Consider, from this 24th day of the 9th month,
11
since the foundation of My temple is laid,
I will bless you.
For no one can lay another foundation than what is laid,
which is Jesus Christ.
1 Corinthians 3:11
Again, the word of the Lord came that day, saying,
I will shake the heavens and the earth;
I will overthrow the throne of kingdoms,
destroying the strength of the kingdoms of the nations,
12
the chariots and those that ride in them.
The horses and their riders will come down,
everyone by the sword of his brother.
And in that day, says the Lord of hosts,
I will I take you, O Zerubbabel,
my servant, says the Lord,
and will make you as a signet (the signature of power)
for I have chosen you, says the Lord of hosts.
13
He that overcomes will sit with Me on My throne,
says the Lord. Revelation 3:21
And this is the victory that overcomes, our faith. 1 John 5:4
Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness,
and the first raised from the dead,
and the Prince of the kings of the earth.
Him that loved us, and washed us from our sins
in His own blood
has made us kings and priests to God, His Father;
14
to Him be glory and dominion forever and ever.
Revelation 1:5,6
Holy, harmless, undefiled, separate from sinners,
higher than the heavens,
Who by one sacrifice perfected forever
those being sanctified says,
I go to prepare a place for you
and will come again and receive you to Myself
that where I am you will be.

The Glory of God
in Zechariah
Turn to Me
In the eighth month, in the second year of Darius,
the word of the Lord came to Zechariah, saying,
The Lord has been very displeased with your fathers.
The earth also is defiled under its inhabitants
because they have transgressed the laws, changed the ordinance, broken the everlasting covenant. Isaiah 24:5
For my people have committed two evils;
they have forsaken Me the fountain of living waters,
3
and carved out broken wells that can’t hold water. Jeremiah 3:13
I am married to you, says the Lord. Jeremiah 3:14
Turn now from your evil ways. Didn’t my warnings come pass?
Turn to Me and I will turn to you.
I saw at night, a man riding a red horse, and he stood among the myrtle trees that were in the valley with other horses.
4
I asked, What are these? And the angel that talked with me said
these are ones the Lord has sent through the earth.
They reported, We have walked through the earth,
and all the earth is still, and at rest.
‘Come to Me, and I will give you rest.”
Matthew 11:28-30
The earth must have come to Him because
‘there is no rest for the wicked.’
5
I asked, How long will we be in exile?
And the Lord answered the angel that talked
with me with good words and comfortable words.
So, the angel said to me, the Lord says,
I am jealous for Jerusalem with a great jealousy,
very displeased with the nations,
but have great mercy for My people.
Then I saw four horns and asked the angel, what are these?
The Lord says, They are the nations that scattered My people.
6
And He showed me the four carpenters.
I asked, What are these here for?
He said, These are sent cut off the power of those nations.
Jerusalem will become a town without walls
for I will be a wall of fire surrounding and the glory in her.
Come, flee from the land of the north, says the Lord
for I have scattered you as the four winds of the heaven.
Deliver yourself who live in Babylon.
7
After the glory He sent me to the nations which plundered you
for whoever touches you touches the apple (center) of His eye.
For, behold, I will shake My hand on them,
and they will be plunder to their servants.
And you will know that the Lord sent me.
Sing with joy for I will dwell in the midst you, says the Lord.
Many nations will be joined to the Lord in that day
and will be Mine.
8
Be silent, everyone before the Lord:
for He is raised up out of His holy dwelling.
And He showed me Joshua the high priest
standing before the angel of the Lord,
and Satan standing at his right hand to oppose him.
And the Lord said to Satan,
The Lord rebuke you, Satan;
the Lord that has chosen Jerusalem rebukes you.
Isn’t this one rescued by Me from the fire?
9
Joshua was clothed with filthy garments
and stood before the angel.
The Lord said, Take away his filthy clothes and tell him,
I have caused your iniquity to pass from you,
and I will clothe you clean garments.
'They will walk with me in brilliant light:
for they are worthy.' Revelation 3:4
To him that doesn’t work,
but believes on Him that justifies the ungodly,
his faith is counted for righteousness. Romans 4:5
10
The said, Set a beautiful crown on his head.
So, they set a beautiful crown on his head.
In that day the Lord will be a crown of glory,
and for a diadem of beauty, to His people.
Isaiah 28:5
The Lord says, If you will walk in My ways,
you will judge My house, and also guard My courts,
I will give you a place among My eternal rulers.
You been faithful over a few things,
I will make you ruler over many things:
11
enter into the joy of your Lord.
Matthew 25:21
Hear this, I will bring forth My servant the Branch.
I will remove the iniquity of the land in one day.
(The crucifixion)
For by one offering He perfected forever
them that are sanctified. Hebrews 10:14
As far as the east is from the west, He removed all transgressions from existence forever.
Psalm 103:12
12
And the angel that talked with me asked,
What do you see? I said, A gold lampstand
with seven lights on top and two olive trees by it,
one on the right the other on the left.
I asked, What are these?
He said, This is the word of the Lord to Zerubbabel, saying,
Not by might, or by power,
but by My Spirit, says the Lord.
What is the exceeding greatness of His power to us who believe,
13
according to the working of His mighty power
that raised Jesus from the dead,
and set Him at His own right hand in the heavenly places,
far above all principality, and power, and might,
and dominion, and every name that is named,
not only in this world, but also in that which is to come.
And put all things under his feet,
filling it all with the fullness of Him who fills all in all.
Ephesians 1:19-23
14
Holy, harmless, undefiled, separate from sinners,
higher than the heavens.
Hebrews 7:26
Jesus Christ, the firstborn from the dead,
and the prince of the kings of the earth who loves us,
and washed us from our sins in His own blood,
has made us kings and priests to God, His Father,
Revelation 1:5,6
Promises, I will come
and receive you to Myself
that where I am you will be.
John 14:3
The Eternal Throne, Forever
The Glory of God
in Malachi
I have loved you
I have loved you, said the Lord, to His people.
But you say, How have You loved us?
Wasn’t not Esau Jacob's brother?
But I loved Jacob, and hated Esau,
and wasted his mountains and his inheritance
leaving it a wasteland for the dragons of the wilderness.
They will rebuild, but I will throw down;
and they will be called ‘the border of wickedness.'
You will see and say, The Lord will be magnified.
3
A son honors his father, and a servant his master:
if then I am a father, where is My honor?
says the Lord to the priests that despise Him.
You offer dirty food on My altar
and say how you despise the Lord’s communion.
You offer the blind, lame, and sick animals. If you brought a broken gift to your governor would be pleased?
4
Seek God so He will be gracious to us.
I have no pleasure in you and won’t accept any of your offerings. For from the rising of the sun even to its going down
My name will be great among the nations
and in every place incense will be offered to Me,
and a pure offering, says the Lord.
You curse yourselves by bringing the Lord a corrupt thing
for I am a great King, says the Lord
and My name is greatly feared.
5
And now, priests, this commandment is for you.
If you won’t give glory to My name,
I will send a curse upon you.
Cursed is the man that trusts in man,
whose heart departs from the Lord. Jeremiah 17:5
Yours, O Lord is the greatness, the power,
the glory, the victory, and the majesty:
for all that is in the heaven and in the earth is yours.
Yours is the kingdom, O Lord,
and You are exalted as head above all. 1 Chronicles 29:11
6
He is the Source of all life
and the infinite fountain of all we enjoy.
I will make an everlasting covenant to do them good;
but I will put my fear in their hearts, that they not leave Me. Jeremiah 32:40
My covenant with Levi was life and peace
because he revered My name.
He spoke truth and walked
with Me
in peace and turned many away from iniquity.
I made you contemptible because you haven’t kept my ways. Hasn’t one God created us?
7
You profane the holiness of the Lord
who loves you
and marry the daughters of a foreign god
that can’t walk or talk or see.
You cover the altar of the Lord with tears
by forsaking the wife of your youth.
But she is your companion, the wife of your covenant.
And didn’t He make them one?
(bone of my bone, flesh of my flesh)
Genesis 2:23)
For the Lord hates divorce.
8
And you weary the Lord
when you call evil good and good evil.
Behold, I will send my messenger,
and he will prepare the way before Me:
and the Lord, will suddenly come to His temple,
a refiner's fire, and a launderers soap.
He will refine and purify
that they may offer the Lord an offering in righteousness
that will be please Him.
I will be a swift witness against the sorcerers,
and against the adulterers,
9
and against perjurers,
and against those that cheat workers out of fair wages,
or cheat widows, and the fatherless,
and that turn aside the foreigners from his rights,
and do not fear Me, says the Lord of hosts.
I am the Lord, I don’t change.
Return to me, and I will return unto you.
Will a man rob God?
Yet you rob me of tithes and offerings,
this whole nation robs Me.
10
Bring all the tithes into the storehouse
so there will be food in My house
and see if I don’t open the windows of heaven,
and pour out a blessing, too big to receive.
All nations will call you blessed.
You will be a delightful land.
Your words have been strong against Me.
You say it’s worthless to serve God.
Those that feared the Lord
spoke often to each other and the Lord heard
11
and a book of remembrance was written
before him
for them that feared the Lord,
and that thought about Him.
They will be Mine when I make up My jewels;
and I will spare them, as a man spares his own son that serves him.
For, behold, the day comes that will burn as an furnace
and all the proud and all that do wickedly, will be stubble.
But to you that fear My name
12
the Sun of righteousness will rise with healing in His wings.
The wicked will be ashes under your feet in that day.
Malachi 1-4

who forgives all our sins and heals all our diseases.

and renews our youth like the eagles.

the first raised from the dead,

to Him be glory and dominion forever and ever.

on streets of gold in a place where nothing bad can ever happen,
to share His infinite glory.

higher than the heavens,
who perfected forever those who believe in Him.

You have been faithful over a few things.
I will make you ruler over many things.
Enter into the joy of your lord. Matthew 25:2
15
I love you with an everlasting love.
Jeremiah 31:3
